Chef Matt Dunn

I’m Matt Dunn — born and raised in Staten Island, and now living in New Jersey with my incredible wife Diana and our energetic twins, Matthew and Mikayla, who keep life loud, fun, and full of purpose.

With over 20 years in the kitchen, my culinary journey has taken me through hotel and restaurant kitchens, including the Marriott, and even through a stint owning my own pizzeria and restaurant. I’ve worn many hats — from line cook to owner — and every role sharpened not just my knives, but my perspective on food and hospitality.

These days, I focus on catering — particularly weddings and special events — where I get to bring memorable meals to life's most important moments. I’m 41, and I’ve never been more passionate about feeding people with heart, history, and great flavor.
